Steven Joffee

Steven Joffee is a member of the firm’s litigation section. Mr. Joffee has represented corporate and individual clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts in a wide variety of matters. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, and appeals.

Mr. Joffee has substantial experience with and insight into the workings of state and federal courts. Before joining Mitchell Barlow & Mansfield, Mr. Joffee served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Scott Matheson, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to Chief Justice Matthew Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court. He also served as a judicial extern to Judge Dale Kimball of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
